Method of Ordering: Orders may be placed by phone or online.

 

Method of Payment: Most major credit cards, ComChek, T-Chek, Pay Pal, cashiers check/ money order/ check in advance.

 

Method of Shipment: Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. Some options include UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, Priority Mail and Express Mail. Completed orders received by Noon Central Time Monday through Friday will usually ship that day. All shipments are FOB St Louis, MO. Sorry No Canadian ship to address.

 

Damaged Shipments: While they are extremely rare, it is the recipient’s responsibility to promptly file any claim with the carrier directly. We do not assume any responsibility for such claims. However, we will assist our customers in obtaining a settlement.

 

Taxes and Duties: Prices do not include state or local taxes. Payment of any applicable tax is the responsibility of the buyer. Any and all international duties, taxes and port charges that may occur must be paid by the buyer. Ships only to USA address. Sorry No Canadian ship to address.

 

Returned Merchandise: We reserve the right to determine whether a request for a return will be granted. Some products, such as software, may not be able to be returned. Items such as the Trucker’s Workstation™ must be installed and operated in one’s everyday work for 30 days. If, after 30 days of use you feel it has not performed to your satisfaction, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Returns after 45 days of purchase will be handled on an  individual case.

 

Returned Merchandise Authorization: You MUST call and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping any product back to us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
 

All authorized returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid to Cyber Trucker. All merchandise approved for return must be received in the original sealed cartons only. You are responsible for returning the product in good condition. The value of any damage or excessive wear will be deducted from the refund to be issued. A refund check will be issued within 3 weeks after our receipt of the returned product.
